writing while hanging again

I'm hanging in the garage - it's beautiful out and I have the house to myself and though December - it's got to be more than 60 degrees.

That's two minutes. Not going to make it to 12 minutes like the other day.

Coming yup on 4 minutes and am very uncomfortable

six minutes and I'm trying to spin mselfs.

coming up on eight minutes and am going to try for the record.

I'm almost at ten minutes. think I will try to make it fifteen. the pain is okay. The muscles are straring to hurt.

ten minutes andmaybe I won't make it. swearting and breathing very heavy. very tired.

that's 11 minutes and I will tryot make it to 15.

if only i had the red belt to ease the pain on my waist a oittle.

Hanging right now

I am writing this hanging from the ceiling in the basement trying to see how long I can go today. The record I think is 27 minutes. I think maybe I'll be able to go for 10 minutes, but we'll see. It's been 1:10 already and I just had some major pain in my hip and had to readjust.

Okay, that's 2:10 and I feel okay. going to try to take this one minute at a time.

That's 3:10 and again I had some major pain in my hip and had ot readjust. My breathing is pretty hevay right now and my typing si starting to suffe.

I'm at 5:00 am not sure how longer i can make it. I moved the keyboard to make it easier to hang free.

coming up on 700 minutes and don't think i'll be making 10. hanging naked now, took my clothse off while hanging.

almost eight mins now. trying very hard to make it to 10.

nine mins now. used red belt to relieve some stresws

thats 10 minutdes will go for 15.

comin gup on 12 intuses and minutes and the red belt helped alot. that's 12 going for 15. what happens when i get to 15...
